MEET OUR RECRUITMENT TEAM

in Bangkok, Thailand & Jakarta, Indonesia

Fischer & Partners consultants are the teams who work behind the scenes to make Fischer & Partners what it is today. Here are some of the members of our Bangkok recruitment team who have their top tips for those who want to have a new successful career in different businesses.

Iris F. – Recruitment Director / Founder

Originally from: Stuttgart, Germany

Fun fact: The recruitment team in Bangkok is full of great characters and people I’ve shared many memories with and consider friends. Events like the consultant luncheon, our annual recruitment conference are particular highlights.

Top tip:  The main thing we are looking for is a positive and flexible attitude as these are really important to being a successful consultant – everything else, we can train you in!  We look for candidates who display the Fischer & Partners core strengths, such as drive and resilience. We also look for someone who shows potential, is eager to learn and has a passion for Recruitment. Don’t let the fact your degree isn’t in the field you have an interest in stop you from launching a career, understand the potential you have as a person rather than just your degree.

Gail  S. – Managing Director Indonesia

Originally from: Jakarta, Indonesia with experiences of living and working  in the US as well as in  South East Asia and India.

Fun fact: The recruitment team in Indonesia delivers and loves what we do in assisting our clients with their recruitment  needs throughout Indonesia.  We’re a team of different professional, education and interest backgrounds who are reliable and are flexible with our clients and candidates and we are fun to work with.

Top tip: For all levels of recruitment, attitude is everything! Always show potential  employer a positive vibe.  Be flexible, respectful, and true at all times and always do your research prior to attending interviews.  Find your passion and built your career on it with a solid  short term and long term plan.

Yuddhapon P. – Director

Originally from: Bangkok, Thailand but grew up in Phuket and Frankfurt.

Fun fact: I love most sports but football & gymnastics is my passion and I’ve been lucky enough to have a little daughter who is exceptional in gymnastics and will belong for sure in Thailand's National team in the near future. I’ve been at Fischer & Partners for over five years, having previously worked in the Airline sector.

Top tip: There are many attributes I look for when recruiting candidates such as being strategically aware and driven, as well as having a logical mindset. Recruiters will want to see that you are genuinely interested in the job we offered and that you keep up to date with the progress of the job interview. Follow up with us and the Recruiters will immediately be able to see your motivation. For Fresh Graduate, make the most of your time at university. We receive thousands of applications so stand out by telling us about your extra-curricular activities – clubs and societies, voluntary work and jobs on campus – anything that shows you have been involved in your university community.

Phanuphan S.  – Recruitment Manager

Fun fact: I really enjoy having lunch with the team. Our office maid is very kind and buys us lunch from the market every day. We’re lucky to be located in the area where the skywalk from the BTS leads directly to our building.

Part of my role is taking candidates through the recruitment process from initial application to receiving a job offer.  The Fischer & Partners culture is very social and I love my team. Everyone at Fischer & Partners is friendly and here to help. If you have a goal and want to be somewhere in five years’ time then we’ll help you make that happen, so don’t be afraid to have a chat with us.

Top tip: Our biggest goal as a team is to recruit motivated candidates who want to create change and work with some large companies on exciting groundbreaking projects.  When applying for any role, make sure you have a good understanding of the role you’re applying for and try and align your values with that of the company. My advice to anyone attending a job interview is to show up on time, dress properly and be yourself in your interviews –  always remember examples!
